Brandon is a Certified Personal Trainer based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with a wealth of expertise in fitness and nutrition. Holding a Diploma from NPTI in Personal Training along with a NASM CPT certification, Brandon is skilled in applying scientific principles to create effective training programs. His additional certifications, including CES, PES, CPR, CPT, and BCS, equip him with the tools to address movement imbalances, enhance athletic performance, and facilitate behavioral changes.
